Interoperability Guide between
the EMAS Regulation and the CSRD Directive
The recent approval of the European Sustainability Reporting Directive (EU) 2022/2464 (CSRD) will oblige a large number of companies and groups of companies to prepare, verify, formulate, register and publish annually a complete Sustainability Report, based on the new ESRS standards or European Sustainability Reporting Standards.
This new obligation will impact from different perspectives, in those companies that already have the European EMAS Registry, generating risks and opportunities for adaptation for both systems.
In this conference we will present the EMAS&CSRD Guide prepared by the Directorate General for Climate Change and Environmental Quality and Ecomundis, which includes interoperability recommendations so that companies can prepare for the new scenario and plan their adaptation in the most efficient way possible.
The presentation has taken place in person at the DFactory Barcelona eficicio of the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona and also retransmitted online by prior registration.
