What is RS 26000?

Right Supply is a digital sustainability assessment and reporting platform for companies and their suppliers. It is based on the criteria and fundamental matters established by the ISO 26000 standard, Right Supply is the ideal system for monitoring and declaring the Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030.

Right Supply provides organizations with a unique online tool to know the progress of the main sustainability indexes of both their organization and their value chain on an annual basis.

A centralized and collaborative system

Using simple forms and data tables, your company and stakeholders will save time in the collection and subsequent analysis of information, having a common, objective and verifiable system for the assessment and communication of corporate sustainability.

    1. It compiles and calculates the overall progression of the Sustainability Indexes of the suppliers and generates an annual Report on the evolution of the same.
    2. It is expandable and configurable to introduce your own questionnaires or for evaluation on specific subjects.
    3. It allows the collection of the necessary data for the calculation of the Carbon Footprint (a3) of the organization, as well as the basic indicators of Circular Economy in the value chain.

    7. Reliable for the approval of suppliers according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Access mechanics

You only need to register in the modality you want:

  1. RS Company Sustainability Index (DEMO option)
  2. RS Sustainable Value Chain

In order to familiarize yourself with the system, you will have a 30-day trial period in its DEMO format. In case you need to extend this period, you must meet the conditions and payment indicated in the contract.

We will provide you with an exclusive link for your company, with which you can generate your own Sustainability Report and Provisional Index, by filling in a form that is always accessible to your user.

Your organization decides whether such a report should be kept in:

  1. Private mode for exclusive access by its user,
  2. Open mode on the RS platform (so that your report can be consulted in RS by your authorized customers) or
  3. Public mode if you want to use it as an external communication document (Open Report). In the last two cases, the contents of the RS 26000 Report must be verified by the technical services of ECOMUNDIS. in one of the ways indicated below.

Right Supply
Sustainable Value Chain

Suitable for those companies that wish to:

    • Centralize and simplify the collection of sustainability information from your suppliers.
    • Approve suppliers in terms of sustainability
    • Receive specific information needed for the calculation of the Scope 3 Carbon Footprint (ISO 14064)
    • Receive specific information required for product life cycle assessment (ISO 14044)

We will provide you with an exclusive link for your suppliers, with which your company can invite them to enter the platform to generate their own Provisional Sustainability Reports and Indexes. During the time you indicate, your suppliers will have access to the system to complete their respective RS 26000 questionnaires and report their data and sustainability indexes and reports.

The system will also automatically generate a Preliminary Sustainability Report and Index for each supplier, which can be verified by each of them on a voluntary basis. In any case, the reports of your suppliers will always be available to your organization while the contract for the use of the platform is in force.
