Governance ESTRUCTURA DE GOBERNANZA: Lluch Essenceas a family-owned company with more than 70 years of experience in the worldwide distribution and marketing of essential oils and aromatic chemicals, has evolved its governance mechanisms to promote sustainability. Instead of formal structures, a more collaborative approach has been adopted, reinforcing skills such as leadership, empathy and collaboration. This has been achieved by creating new roles and revising the governance structure. Since 2021, the position of Technical and Sustainability Director has been established, who is part of the executive committee and reports annually to the board on corporate sustainability strategy and objectives. In addition, there is a dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team. This team focuses on creating projects aligned with the company's ethical, social and environmental commitment. The Executive Committee includes several people who lead the company's main activities. Our commitment and values |
At Lluch Essence we understand sustainability as a firm commitment to balance the needs of the present with respect for future generations. For us, sustainability means ensuring social well-being, protecting the environment, acting with ethical governance and promoting responsible economic growth. In 2024, we took an important step towards our long-term goals with the launch of our Sustainability Strategy 2030. This roadmap sets out the principles, commitments and objectives that will guide us in the coming years, based on a clear materiality model and focused on the priorities of both our company and our stakeholders. One of the main pillars of our environmental management is the reduction of our carbon footprint. In line with international standards such as the GHG Protocol, we have decreased our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 95.4% since our base year (2019). In addition, 100% of the energy we consume comes from renewable sources, and our installation of solar panels allows us to cover part of our consumption through self-consumption. In the field of circular economy, we are proud to highlight our partnership with the Sèlvans association, with whom we signed a sponsorship agreement for the protection of a century-old forest. This action contributes directly to biodiversity conservation and to mitigating our ecological footprint. Social responsibility also occupies a central place in our vision of sustainability. This year we have promoted training programs in energy efficiency, health and safety, as well as local cooperation initiatives with entities such as SAO Prat, which work in the social transformation of vulnerable communities. We want to be an active part of sustainable development, both inside and outside our organization. For us, sustainability extends to the entire supply chain. That is why we have obtained RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) certification, which attests to our commitment to the responsible use of palm oil-derived products and to minimizing their environmental and social impact. Throughout this report we share all the actions, both local and global, such as our first environmental volunteer program on the beaches of our city, or compliance with European regulations. All of them reflect our will to move steadily towards a more sustainable future.
We reaffirm our commitment to a business model that balances economic success with social and environmental responsibility. For family-owned companies, it is no longer an option, but a duty to be a benchmark in sustainability.
Our legacy is to care: for people, the planet, the environment and our employees. That is why we continue to build alliances, innovate and actively listen, because sustainability is not just a goal, but our way of acting.

Description of the main actual and potential impacts:
Lluch Essence is firmly committed to sustainability, acting with transparency and a sense of responsibility, orienting its actions towards the creation of shared value and a positive impact on communities, the environment and future generations. During 2024, Lluch Essence began the Compensa Natura initiative, which promotes the protection of natural areas equivalent to the surface area occupied by the company's facilities, as a way of offsetting its ecological footprint and supporting the resilience of ecosystems and local communities.
Regarding the environmental impact of raw materials, Lluch Essence maintains a diverse portfolio with more than 3,000 references, including ingredients of natural and synthetic origin. Purchasing decisions are oriented towards sustainability from an integral approach: economic, social and environmental.
These actions are complemented by environmental volunteering activities carried out during 2024, in which the Lluch Essence team actively participated in the restoration of natural environments, fostering a corporate culture committed to sustainability. Since 2019, the company also continues to evaluate its carbon footprint at the Barcelona, Mexico, Colombia and Singapore sites, and contributes to its offset through projects aligned with its environmental values.
Each step taken reaffirms Lluch Essence 's conviction that responsible management of raw materials can be a powerful tool of transformation for a more just and sustainable future.

| Environmental and sustainability improvements introduced in the design of the product or service |
| At Lluch Essence, every decision is aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting a sustainable transformation throughout the value chain. From a circular economy perspective, waste prevention, eco-design and recycling are prioritized, in compliance with Law 22/2011 on waste and contaminated soils. This commitment not only responds to regulations, but also reflects a deep conviction: to generate a positive change for people and the planet. During 2024, the company has reinforced its commitment to botanical products, promoting a catalog with natural and organic ingredients, free of pesticides and obtained through responsible agricultural practices. This product line, in addition to reducing environmental impact, responds to the growing demand for more sustainable solutions in the perfumery, cosmetics and food sectors. Key initiatives such as the redesign of secondary packaging, applying eco-design criteria to improve its recyclability through the use of single-component materials, such as 100% recyclable cardboard, which also optimizes logistical processes, are maintained. Likewise, laboratory clothing has been replaced by more sustainable uniforms, made from recycled polyester (PET) and organic cotton, also promoting inclusive employment. Another relevant advance was the first Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study applied to Lavandino Grosso essential oil produced in Murcia, in accordance with ISO 14040:2006. This study has made it possible to know with greater precision the emissions generated throughout the product's life cycle, from obtaining the raw materials to its final disposal. |

| At Lluch Essenceeach action seeks to generate a positive change, minimizing environmental impact and promoting a culture of sustainability. Under a circular economy model, the company prioritizes prevention, eco-design, reuse and recycling, integrating environmental criteria in all its processes. In 2024, the sustainability strategy for 2030 has been defined, establishing commitments and goals that will guide the company's strategic decisions. Within this framework, the Circular Lluch project was born, designed to address the environmental impact of packaging, with solutions based on eco-design, responsible production and circular management. Its implementation is scheduled for 2025. In addition, we continue to implement consolidated initiatives, such as responsible waste management through alliances with authorized waste managers to reuse packaging and repair pallets. Innovation in products and processes continues to be key, incorporating safety, sustainability and social responsibility criteria. We also continue to recycle olfactory strips in collaboration with Green Touch, transforming them into raw material to manufacture notebooks for social projects. In addition, the company has partnered with Keenat and the Ecomégot project, which reduces the impact of cigarette butts by collecting and reusing them. These actions reinforce Lluch Essence 's commitment to a more circular, regenerative economy aligned with a more sustainable future for all people. |

| Description of the evaluated CO2eq. emissions inventory |
|
Driving the change for carbon neutrality Lluch Essence understands that the carbon footprint is not only an element of calculation, it is also the first step on the road to improvement and its commitment to greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction. Lluch Essence considers the carbon footprint as the total amount of greenhouse gases that were generated in the headquarters (Barcelona - Spain), and its three subsidiaries (Colombia, Mexico and Shanghai). Lluch Essence quantifies direct emissions from its facilities, such as those generated by the facilities and company vehicles. (Scope I), and those indirect emissions from the generation of the electricity purchased (Scope II).and those indirect emissions from the generation of the electricity acquired (Scope II). (Scope II).. It also quantifies activities outside the boundaries of the organization, which correspond to purchases of purchased goods and services, capital equipment, transportation and distribution (upstream and downstream), waste, employee mobility and business travel (Scope III). (Scope III). The GHG emissions inventory is carried out in accordance with international GHG Protocol regulations, and the quantification is done through the DCycle program. Once the quantification is done and we are aware of the value of our carbon footprint, we perform voluntary offsetting for Scope 1 and 2. Carbon offsetting schemes allow us to invest in environmental and social projects around the world to balance our carbon footprint. Most of these projects are in developing countries and are designed to reduce future emissions. |

RS 26000 ASSESSMENT BY CORE SUBJECTS
On the other hand and in a complementary way, the performance of the organization is evaluated numerically for each of the seven fundamental subjects of Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000) and by means of a scale that grants 7 points or stars. In order to recognize the effort of the organizations, it is established that the four stars with the highest score are distinguished with the color gold. In this way, the organization will be able to quantify the total number of gold stars obtained in a cumulative way.

At Lluch Essence we understand that sustainability cannot be managed without a clear understanding of what issues are truly relevant to our activity and to those who are affected by it. That is why, in line with the most recent European regulations, we apply the principle of Dual Materiality, as established in Article 29b of Directive 2013/34/EU, as amended by the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
This dual approach allows us to analyze sustainability issues from two complementary perspectives:
Through this analysis, we identify, assess and disclose our impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs) in a structured and transparent manner, following the provisions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 and EFRAG IG 1 Guidance on Materiality Assessment.
The methodology used by Lluch Essence contemplates the three levels of analysis established by ESRS 1: issues, sub-issues and sub-sub-issues. In all cases, an issue is considered material if it contains at least one IRO classified as such. If no material IROs are identified in a subtopic or sub-subtopic, it is considered non-material as a whole.
Thanks to this rigorous assessment, aligned with international best practices, we can focus our efforts on those aspects where our impact is most significant and where our decisions can generate real change, thus contributing to a more sustainable, inclusive and resilient economy.
