IDENTIFICATION OF STAKEHOLDERS AND THEIR NEEDS.
In the 2018 fiscal year and as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility integration project at CZFB, the representatives of Health and Safety, Environment, Commercial, People, Recruitment, Economic-Financial; defined their support and active collaboration in the implementation of an ethical and socially responsible management system. One of the first steps taken was the identification of these stakeholders under the coordination of an Ethical and CSR Management work team.
This analysis work has been recently updated with the review of the Corporate Social Responsibility management system and Agenda 2030 in collaboration with Ecomundis Communication&Sustainability. As a result, 101 groups or stakeholders that may be most affected by the activities carried out by the Consorci directly or indirectly were defined. The number of stakeholder groups assessed by typology is shown below.
EVALUATION OF RELEVANT ISSUES.
CZFB evaluates relevant or material issues relating to good governance and corporate social responsibility following an internal procedure of its Corporate Social Responsibility Management System (RS10-SDG).
Based on a previous analysis of stakholders and stakeholders, carried out in 2018, different work team meetings have been held for the analysis of the related material aspects.
From the key points of our mission, vision and values, collected since 2020 to date, we have been configuring our materiality matrix, which we make available to all interested parties for review or inclusion of new contributions.
